Language

So I installed the spanish language package for the NextGEN Gallery, now how do i apply the language to your NextGEN Public Uploader plugin. i found the folder /plugins/nextgen-public-uploader/tinymce/langs but everything is still in english. Could not find any answers using google search or in this support forum.
