How to enable other language ? i did try this method in wp-config (‘WPLANG, ‘de_DE’); and its dosnt work

Hello 24webcreation, I just tested and the Dutch language works. Just make sure that you have all the language files in you laguage directory of wordpress.

You can extract the language version for your wp version from here:

http://wpde.org/download/versions-archiv/

and the just copy the files to your working wordpress site.
