    Hi

I updated the Rencontre plugin today and then my danish language-file was overwritten by the one in the plugin. Unfortunately I had a lot of translations in my own danish file, which I found was better ofr the site in question.

How do I make sure, that the rencontre-danish-mo-file I have made is not beeing overwritten at the next update ? Can I put the .mo-fiel somewhere in my theme ?

    Regards

    Henrik

    Hi Henrik,

    • You can give me your po file that is certainly better than mine. I will replace it in the plugin.
    • You should put your po/mo files in wp-content/languages/plugins/ with the same name as the plugin (rencontre-da_DK.mo). This file has the priority on the plugin file.

    Hi Jacques

I will send you the danish po-file if you want. There will be a few translations that won’t work for a dating-site (our site is not a dating-site, but a site for lonely singles who just need someone to sleep with), but then again, the rest og the translations are correct. 🙂

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction regarding the .mo-file.

    Henrik
