Language FR not supported

Hello,
I installed Wpusermanger on a blank WordPress instance.
The problem is that the language remains in English, while WordPress is on French.
I tried with other plugins and the language is well taken into account.
I checked I do have the FR language files in the language plugin directory.thanks for your help

In v2.0 the plugin textdomain ( what makes WP recognize a custom language ) has been changed from “wpum” (previous version) to “wp-user-manager”. This was required in order to make the plugin automatically available for translation from within ww.wp.xz.cn from this page here https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/wp-user-manager so that everyone can contribute translations.
How did you install the language, and how did you name your custom language file? It’s high likely that your language file doesn’t have the proper name for the plugin to pick it up.
