    That’s odd. Are you using WPML or another multi-language plugin?
    We support WPML through the Professional extension.

    Other multi language plugins are currently not supported.

    We are using WPML. But have for now the free version of your plugin. I hope this will work with the free version.

    What is the price for the pro version?

    In the past, some users reported that our plugin was compatible with WPML, but there were a number of issues that we solved in the pro extension. The price for the pro extension is $29 for a single site license (as you can see on the link I posted), but for that you get much more than just WPML support:

    • Proforma invoices
    • Credit Notes
    • Easy address customization
    • Attaching packing slips to woocommerce emails
    • Attaching a static file (such as a pdf with terms & conditions)
    • Perhaps most importantly, you’ll get premium support and you’re contributing to the development of this free plugin!
