language on front end

Hello,

I have a language problem and I’ll appretiate any help. While the back-end is (mostly) translated into Czech language (I’m using Loco translate and under your plugin name, it lists many language packages, including mine), on the front-end the plugin-related controls are in English for some reason.

More specifically, comment section. For instance the button “please wait %s seconds before posting your comment” is in english, even though the language package in loco translate has it translated.

It seems that your plugin doesn’t want to load the language package. (Or I might’ve have missed some setting, in which case I’m sorry for wasting your time.)
