Language Picker .9: Per user WP localization

    This new version of my Language Picker plugin makes it possible for each user to not only view posts in his/her preferred language (if available), but also to have WP localization tied to that preference.
    Complete list of new features in version .9:

    • WordPress localization can be tied to user’s preferred language!
    • List languages available for the current post.
    • Provide translations for other text in your templates!
