I check your site above and I don’t think I see a link, icon or anything to change the language. Or this is the issue you were talking about?
What multilingual plugin you are using? If the issue is happening after you update the Astra theme, please try rollback to the previous version. You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback Astra easily.
Please make sure you create a proper backup of your site. Just in case.

Is about the language chosen in the WP config, my website is not multilingual, only pt-BR after upgrade instead of pt-BR showed en-US
Examples:
READ MORE = LEIA MAIS
NEXT = PRÓXIMO
Version 4.5.2 is ok, but version 4.6.5 stopped working

We’re sorry, but you need to contact the Translation Editors of your local language for this. Or you can do it only for your site by following what explained in this doc.

@bsfherman this theme already translated, is a bug, few versions before, is ok, please roollback translate file and check if missing something

Translation is done by the community, not the theme author.
Anyway, what if you rollback Astra to the previous version? Did you get back the translation?
You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback Astra easily. Please don’t forget to create a proper backup of your site before you rollback. Or it’s better to do it on a staging site environment.

@bsfherman don’t make any sense your project lost language pt-BR, Version 4.5.2 is ok, but version 4.6.5 stopped working, Version 4.6.9 still lost pt-BR, please fix this, revert files of translation
