Sorry, I was not very clear with my question.
In the Dashboard > Appearance > Menu, every item I add to the menú should give me the option to choose the language for it. I do not see this option.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
I think I have the same problem as tocirantu.
I confirmed that this problem happens only after I applied specific wordpress theme( For my case I use “gridlove” wordpress theme. )
And I found language options displayed on menu editing page with another theme.
