Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
The free version of our plugin does not support Polylang.
Perhaps the product URL’s are different per language and perhaps you can filter the ones out based on this product URL?
Hi,
How would it work to filter products by url? What field mapping should I add to make it work as you said?
I’m not a pro at using this plugin..;)
We can’t tell as we do not know how your product feed URL structure looks like. That is why we were asking if your product feed URL’s look different depending on the Polylang language you are using?
Can you past the product URL of one product for both languages?
Hi,
Hmmm this filter will remove the english products from your feed:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yoks0w8ne8zmopx/remove-en.png?dl=0
However it will also remove all Spanish products from your feed that have “en” in the URL so its probably not a 100% solution. Unfortunately it is the only thing that can be done with the free version of the plugin.
Hi,
I’ve downloaded the productfeed file (productfeed) and it seems that with the filter you have sent me, the products in Spanish corresponding to the “Heritage” category don’t appear. They are these: https://huesocoloradostudio.com/tienda?product-cata=77
As you can see, these products have no “en” in the URL but don’t appear in the productfeed file. Do you know why?
Thanks
Yes, that is exactly what I meant in my last reply. It is not a 100% solution as it will also remove Spanish URL’s that have ‘en’ in the URL. Your example does have ‘en’ in it (tienda).
@bloomdes yes because you have the word tiend wich includes the en inside.
Assuming our support is no longer needed I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
Hi,
I return to the subject we discussed a few months ago.
As I already mentioned, I’ve a Woocommerce in 2 languages and I use the Polylang plugin to translate the website in these two languages (English/Spanish).
Through the Product Feed Pro plugin, I’ve linked the products of the website with the Instagram feed but we already talked about that with the free version I get the products in duplicate (one per language). If I want to have two independent feeds per language, would it be possible with the Premium version?
Here is the link to my Shop profile on Instagram
And here is the url of the Website
Thanks again
