    Hello,

    Would it be possible to create form fields for ‘other’ and for ‘select…’ so I can input these words in my website’s languages?
    Would it be possible to add a possibility to style the output?

    We could enable translation/localization for these texts and add it on the next update

    Thanks for that!

    Another thing came to light:
    On checkout the customer can leave the checkbox unchecked, although in the plugin setting I have checked ‘make the field required’.
    Could you please look into this, it seems to have happened after updating to Woocommerce 3.0

    Hi,

    We tested the plugin with WooCommerce 3.0.7 and it’s working properly. Kindly try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
