Language switch missing from menu after switching

Hello, Happy New Year!

I had a problem with the plugin after switching to another server. On old hosting, the language switch was spread in the menu and was available as a block. After switching to another server (copying the database and physical data), this block is missing. Reinstalling the plugin did not produce a result. Please tell me what the problem is? Since last year I have been fighting this problem:)
