Language switcher does not work

The language switcher works only with desktop view but not mobile view. In mobile view, whenever I select another language the page is not redirected to the new selected language.</span>

    steps to reproduce:

    1. Install kadence theme and polylang pluginadd a different languageadd language switcher to the menu using html block and shortcode from polylangcheck both desktop and mobile viewthe language switcher works only in desktop mode and not in mobile view
