Language Switcher giving wrong Link

    Hallo… First Off – Great plugin.. Work great… when using one domain e.g. http://www.mydomain/en/home and http://www.mydomain/af/tuis…..

    Problem is a paid plugin is totally not compatible… And support is limited.
    So, I needed to make a sub-domain…
    I duplicated the site and put it on sub-domain. Removed Non-English pages from main site, and did the opposite for the sub-domain. Only Non-English pages there.
    URL Setting in options changed to set from different domains
    en = http://www.mydomain.co.za
    af = http://www.af.mydomain.co.za

    Menus are working 100 % individually, but when I am on a page and hover over the other Language in the language switcher, I get a link like the http://www.mydomain/about-us__trashed/

    Can someone please help me fix this issue
