Language Switcher not working

    I’m gratefully using CMP as semi-permanent landing page. Just wanted to integrate the multi-language feature. So I installed Polylang, went through their wizard and now added the translated (ie. English) content in CMP setup. Tabs for the two languages showed up – so far all fine.

    Now if I enable the Language Switcher I see the flag and dropdown icon, but if I click it there is only the primary language to choose. On my mobile I can’t even click it at all. If I type in my URL with /en the page loads with English content but the flag doesn’t load (reads ‘Eng flag’) and now I can click the menu to switch to original language. Except on my mobile: flag doesn’t load as well but still nothing clickable.

    Would be happy about any help!

    Just found out I need to add a translation to at least one “normal” WP page so that language gets activated. Maybe there should be a hint to this as CMP is intended for unfinished sites or coming soon so it’s not natural to already have multilingual content…
