Language Translation

Hi all and thanks in advance.

I want to add translation to my website, I have been through most of the plugins and I have the same problem that I cant change large segments of the translation and I am in the lucky position to have people who can perfectly translate the website.

The flag plugins only allow you to direct you to one page, so basically back to the home page, I want them to be directed to the same page they are on.

Can anyone give me any ideas how I can do this. So a flag on each page that directs you to the same page in a different language. Then allows you to correct the translation, transsposh only allows you to correct segments and this doesn’t really work.
