Can you please check by adding the translated file into WordPress/wp-content/plugins/languages/woo-cart-abandonment-recovery/
Create the woo-cart-abandonment-recovery folder if does not exist.
You can also use the translation plugin to translate the woo-cart-abandonment-recovery plugin.

Thanks for your reply.
Createt the woo-cart-abandonment-recovery folder in /wp-content/plugins/languages/ and put the languages files into it.
It also does not work. The user interface is still in english.

You can use the loco translate or translatePress plugin to translate the plugin.

Hi,
I named the languages files
woo-cart-abandonment-recovery-de_DE.mo
woo-cart-abandonment-recovery-de_DE.po
I have translated the formal version.
Therefore the files must be named like this
woo-cart-abandonment-recovery-de_DE_formal.mo
woo-cart-abandonment-recovery-de_DE_formal.po
Now it works!
