I can see you have suggested translations here but unfortunately we do not have control on this to approve translations on ww.wp.xz.cn. Only Turkish GTE can approve it.
Good news for you is that we have our own translation portal here where you can suggest translation and in exchange we offer you free access to all pro add-ons.

You did not understand mate. No plugin author has access to approve translation here. That is why your translation will only be available for everybody if Turkish language GTE volunteer can approve it.
That is why we have created our own portal where people can contribute translations.
