The Location Weather plugin is translatable currently. Please watch the short video to get an idea to translate to your Spanish language.
After this let me know, the translation works or not.

I have changed some terms with Loco Translation and they are not updated in the plugin. I have purged the server cache, cleared my browser’s cache, and neither.

Sorry, it already works, although the translation is not complete: For example, today it indicates “Overcast Clouds” instead of its Spanish translation. That term (Overcast Clouds) does not appear in your language file, so it is not possible to translate it with the “Loco” plugin. Actually none of the terms like “Clear Sky”, “Cloudy” “Sunny” etc., appear to be able to translate it. You can see it at the following address: Chipiona City
