Hi, when you click on the thumbnails, if the browser is smaller (on a smaller laptop) you cannot scroll to see the whole image or the caption underneath. When you scroll, it scrolls the page that is sitting behind the lightbox. How can I get it to scroll on the actual image with caption underneath so users can see all of it? Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @megfennshakeitup

    Beautiful art, by the way.
Apologies, it seems that this behavior appears to be linked with your site because I was not able to replicate that with the same lightbox effect on my testing site.

    Let’s check for existing conflicts.
1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Please, keep us posted.
    We are happy to help!

Hi, I’ve gone through that process and it never worked. Is there a way to send you a video of my screen to show you what the problem is? Let me know how to attach a video. Thanks.

    Hi @megfennshakeitup,

Please record it then upload it to any file hosting services like Google Drive and provide us with the link here so we could have a look.

    Thanks
