Hello, we’re using astra+ elementor pro + essential elementor addon.

I’ve created a woocommerce product carousel and found everytime when we load there is a large white space below the product carousel that we made using essential addon. https://prnt.sc/uNHOruZubzxp

It took 4-5 second to load which looks very bad.

Note: We have a very small number of products, we’re using very good hosting and all things are loading fine instead of this essential carousel.

    Hope you can assist. Thanks

  • Hello @rahmatanik,
    Hope you’re doing well.

I have recreated the same environment as you mentioned in your query with Astra+ Elementor Pro + Essential Addons for Elementor and used the Woo Product Carousel widget and it is displaying smoothly on our end. Please check out the screencast here: https://d.pr/v/Mrv0MW

Please check for plugin conflicts by following this: Deactivate all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then deactivate the other plugins.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thank you.

Hello, please check the video that I’ve made: https://www.loom.com/share/73d8ed89c2ea4fdc828bccedc7dcd60c

I’m still facing the issue. The site is running well as it’s very light weight and doesn’t have a lot of product. All things are loading properly instead of the product Carousel

    Hello @rahmatanik,
    Hope you’re doing well.

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. From the screen recording, it seems to me that, you are facing this issue for the Caching Plugin you are using on your site.
Can you please exclude these two files below:
    For CSS: wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/(*).css
    For JS: wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/(*).js
from your Caching Plugin and check again. You can also just deactivate the Caching Plugin you are using temporarily and check if it resolves the issue or not.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thank you.
