Hi, I need to restore the backup version.
But I have a problem: there should be a backup every Wednesday morning, but last backup is of the 10th of March. In the plugin settings its written like that:

    “Files:
    Wed, March 17, 2021 03:30
    Database:
    Wed, March 17, 2021 03:30
    Time now: Thu, April 1, 2021 18:10”

    What should I do?
    Help me please.

    Hi,

To help us find out the cause of the issue, can you please send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Regards,
    Bryle

You should be able to see the file here. Is not even possible to do a manual backup now.

*Edit: I tried splitting archives in 100 MB, but it couldn’t work.

Concerning automatic backups, if you install the free plugin “WP Crontrol”, and go to the list under the “Tools” sub-menu to show registered cron jobs, then are:

    1) any entries with “updraft” in the action name?

If not, then re-save your UpdraftPlus settings, reload the list, and look again?

    2) any entries that are overdue?

For your manual backup, there is nothing unusual in that log file yet; you need to wait longer. Please download and then post the log file at least 45 minutes after you began the backup (not before).

    Hi,

From the extra information you posted in the support topic for a different backup plugin, I agree with their diagnosis – the whole WP scheduled task system on your installation is broken and that’s why your automated backups don’t run; you can use the alternate WP cron suggestion given there to fix it. This would have been detected in response to my question 2) above.
