Last names?

    Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to have ‘first name’ and ‘last name’ input fields?

    It really needs to have Name + Surname + Mail (so three boxes), otherwise the entries won’t be added to our database as it stands?

    If this is a premium feature then I’m happy to upgrade

    Sorry but unfortunately our Optin Cat plugins currently do not allow for custom fields. However, I’ve added your request to our feature request list for future considerations. Thank you!
