    Hi, yesterday i installed the plugin and i am using it via nickname but on the page are not shown the last 9 post, is it correct? Thank you

    While we work on fixing this issue, please try connecting your account through Instagram or Facebook Connect instead — this should allow your posts to appear again.

    Hi @gianlucaweb

    We’ve already fixed the issue.
    Please try downloading the new posts under My Posts using the Download new posts button.

    Alternatively, you can re-create the plugin:

    1. Go to the Advanced tab in the plugin settings.
    2. Click the Re-Create plugin button to reset the plugin.
    3. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    This should restore the posts and allow you to complete the setup process.

    Hi Laca thank you for your reply. I have downloaded manually new posts in “my posts” section into the plugin and now posts are shown there, but not in the page where the shortcorde is inserted
