Last Posts viewable when they shouldn’t be

“Exclude phpBB forums from listing on Last Topic Posts” doesn’t seem to work now, unless “Retrieve posts on Last Topics Widget based on phpBB user’s permissions” is set to Yes.

And then if some forums are hidden they don’t appear in the list even if someone is allowed to see them.

Also if “Retrieve posts on…” is set to No then everything appears (even if in they are in the “Exclude” list) but avatars don’t.

Looks a bit odd/inconsistent now.
