All steps seem ok.
I had to install the certificates by hand. Also I managed to do that.
Now I want to activate SSL, but I cannot coninue to the next (last) step.

What is your domain? Then we can check the certificate. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to become visible.

The last update should fix this, but you can also activate from the ssl dashboard.
