The last update lost my ReCaptcha API so I couldn’t log in. Had to remove plugin manually from CPanel.

Hello,

Last update only works on latest wp-recaptcha plugin here
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/wp-recaptcha/

So if you use the old wp-recaptcha, please use the old wp-login-recaptcha version and don’t update.
