    I use this perfect plugin but with one site i’m not receive any email. This one is at the latest version of WordPress.

    An older version 3.3 did send the emails to the customer but not to the administration. It also took an long time to receive. +- 30 minutes.

    I checked if had filled out my email correct everywhere.

    Hi jde007,

    This is usually related to configuration issues with your mail server (or they’re just getting thrown directly into spam).

    The FAQ includes a checklist to follow to determine the source of the problem and tips on how to resolve it.

    I’m trying to make use of this plugin, however, I’m having trouble with email communications. No admin. emails received neither the person who is making the booking is receiving it as well. I’m using the latest version of wordpress on lanux server PHP 5.3

    HI mflobbos,

    Have you followed the steps in the FAQ mentioned above? This is likely a server config issue so it’s worth speaking to your server host.
