Hi, probably this is a conflict or like with another plugin. The “white” window probably means the configuration form produce a fatal error.
We should intercept it, actually, even if probably there is no much information to show. Can you check the server error logs for “500” error code lines?

Hi, 403 means “access denied” probably you have a security plugin or security server setting blocking the call.
