The plugin has the ability to configure sending notifications by email. To do this, go to the “Advanced Features”>”Notification section” (sample screenshot). After setting up, you will receive notifications about the number of conversations to the specified email address, after a selected period of time.
To save the conversations history, go to the “Advanced Features”>”Chat History section” (sample screenshot) opposite the “Enable chat history collection”, select “Yes” and click “Save Changes”. After that, all conversations taking place on your site will be saved in a database, where you can see the chat transcript using SQL queries or any plug-ins for viewing databases.
