Latest News Box Problems

Hi, I have a “Latest News Box” that displays the past three days of news. However, the code for some reason is interfering with the news pagination on the front page – I can’t view older posts (like http://pokebeach.com/wordpress/page/2). Removing the news box resolves this, so I know that’s the problem.
