You would need to update PHP to the latest version, if you don’t know how to do it you can contact your webhosting support team for help.
WordPress itself works with PHP 5.6.20+, and I’m not sure what this “Composer” is: a plugin or the PHP dependency manager?
What to do?
1) Check your host’s control panel to see if they have a newer version of PHP you can switch to. Some hosts provide multiple PHP versions. Note that the latest PHP version as of this writing is 7.4.
2) If you find nothing, contact your host for help.
3) If they cannot help you, and you really want to use this “Composer” (or whatever is bundling it), your only other option left is to move to a host that supports the version of PHP that your “Composer” requires.
Good luck!
