There seems to be a small bug that is causing the form to not submit if you have code line in your field. With my form I have tested, if I use a code line to add a link to my terms page, it will break the submission form believing it’s not being selected for submission as it’s required.

I have read and agreed to the a href=”(LINK TO URL)” target=”_blank”Terms and Conditions/a (I removed the <> before the a and after blank as well as the /a at the end. WordPress keeps auto converting it and can’t seem to make it stop on this form)

If I change it to I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions then the page will accept the submission.

If you need anymore details do let me know, but I hope you get what I am saying here and can see this resolved. Thanks!

I forgot to add the image, but this is where I am talking about that I used to have it and it’s worked fine this entire time.

    Hi @kylestilkey ,

Thanks for reaching out and for reporting this.

I checked this on my test site and the HTML code is working correctly without any issues. I also created a screencast for you showing the HTML code inside the field and the successful form submission: https://quicksnip.com/s/84kp0c3nhhz4a1e

It may be happening because the code added to the field is not formatted correctly. Could you please share the exact code you added to the field so we can check it further and help you resolve the issue? 🙂

    Thanks!

    Hi @kylestilkey ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
