Please confirm if there are any console errors visible in the Network tab, or if any warnings are generated in the debug.log file.
Also, kindly share the Breeze settings you have applied in your Breeze plugin.

no console errors nor warnings in debug.log

the settings are the same in 2.19 and 2.20

so its not a setting issue.

The reason for asking about the settings is that we tried to replicate the issue on our testing environment but were unable to do so. It’s quite possible that the settings you have applied are different, so we want to match them exactly in order to reproduce the issue on our side.

here is an export file of the settings. i am on cloudsway server for woocommerce

I have had this issue with Breeze and Astra Pro also, also fixed by rolling back to 2.2.19.

It broke some of the Astra based styling settings, such as using a full width container instead of a contained container, losing the header background colour, and other small details (like header hover colour).

I also noticed that it didn’t show a change I made to the header, even after clearing all caches.

Things displayed correctly however when logged in.

I don’t know if it’s relevant, but I will mention anyway that aside from Astra Pro, I also was using the Cloudflare addon on Cloudways.

    There were no console errors.

@ariban99 I would edit that to redact your API token.

    Thread Starter ariban99

    (@ariban99)

thank you. i dont see a way to edit the post to remove the api key, how can i do that?

On mine I see an edit button in lower right of post card, but maybe there’s a time limit on edits?

    Thread Starter ariban99

    (@ariban99)

yeah there’s a time limit mine passed that time I’ll just change the API in the back end

Thanks for sharing the details and the Breeze settings you applied.

We tested with the same configuration but couldn’t replicate the issue on our end. It’s quite possible that a specific point of conflict is occurring within your application setup. This definitely needs a fix, but for that we need to identify the exact conflict and the application where we can reproduce it.

The best next step would be to contact Cloudways support and create a ticket. Please share this thread link in your ticket so the support team can forward it to the Breeze team along with all the mentioned requirements. Once we investigate, we’ll also share our findings here in this thread so it can help other users facing a similar issue.

    i reached out to cloudways.

their “solution that they implemented” broke my site and i lost all sales over the weekend. They somehow said its an ftp issue which made no sense at all

so we removed their solution and turned off minify html, css and js and its working now.

we cant use the minify functions with astra pro i guess.

@owaisalam Would it help if I create a sandbox site for you with the problem present?
