    I am experiencing the same issue. Breaks on every site where I used it…I had to downgrade to 3.2.4. I am not including links since the plugin doesn’t function (it used to be my go-to solution) and my clients need the subscribe widget working.

    I will be very grateful if any one can share more detail about this issue. And we about to launch a major version with visual form designer option. It will help us to make this version bug free for you and others.

    To N-Media,
    When you upgrade, the new plugin version deactivates. When you activate the plug-in it can’t select your previous version’s list and the widget no longer works. CSS customizations (in a separate child-theme style,css file) no longer work, even though the selector names are identical to previous version. Hope this helps!
