    The latest woocommerce update has changed something which now makes the payment processing re-direct to a page that does not exist. Nothing changed on our side or that of our payment provider. It happened immediately after we updated to the latest woocommerce update.

    I can’t really give you any more info other than it just goes to a non-existent page on the site. I have had to roll back to version 9.9.5 in order to get it to work correctly. Site is running on latest version of wordpress, all themes are up to date, tried disabling all plugins except woo to see if it was a conflict but got the same results. Running php 8.4. This issue only happened when we updated to the latest version of woocommerce a few days ago. After rolling back to 9.9.5, it is working as it should.

    Thank you for following up, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be — especially when everything was working fine before the update.

    We truly appreciate you testing different scenarios and sharing the results. That’s very helpful. Since you’ve mentioned the issue only occurs after updating to the latest WooCommerce version and reverts back to normal when rolling back to 9.9.5, we’d love to look into this further.

    However, without knowing exactly what page the checkout is redirecting to or what error appears, it’s a bit difficult for us to identify the root cause. I have placed some test orders using the latest version of WooCommerce, and everything appears to be working fine on our end.

    To better assist you, could you please share a short video recording of the issue happening — ideally showing the checkout flow from the payment step through to where the redirect fails? That would help us clearly understand what’s happening and allow us to investigate more effectively.
