Have the same issue. With mine I was getting an “Cookies are blocked due to unexpected error” message on the log in page. Had to enable debugging to see what borked everything, temporarily rename the plugin folder, log in, rename the plugin folder, then disable the plugin for the time being.

The issue has been fixed and released in Latest version 2.1.7. Please update to the latest version.

Please also share your server configuration details:
PHP version and handler, memory_limit, max_execution_time, max_input_vars, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, output_buffering, zlib.output_compression, default_charset, MySQL/MariaDB version, web server type, and active security modules.
