The latest update changes the Jetpack carousel. All the images are just shown in a line, next to each other. Deactivated Jetpack Boost and and back to normal.

    Hey @lawriem1,

The latest update changes the Jetpack carousel. All the images are just shown in a line, next to each other. Deactivated Jetpack Boost and and back to normal.

I have just tested Jetpack carousel with the latest version of Jetpack and Jetpack Boost, and it worked correctly for me.

I suspect that your theme or another plugin may be interfering here.

    Health Check & Troubleshoot

The easiest way to troubleshoot is by installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshoot. This plugin allows you to see how the site behaves with specific plugins or themes enabled without making any changes to your live site.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1) Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshoot plugin from the Plugins page.
    2) Enable the Troubleshooting Mode from this plugin and a default WordPress theme. Make sure the Jetpack plugin and Jetpack Boost is active.
    3) Check the live site and see how the carousel behaves.
    4) If the carousel is working correctly, start enabling other plugins one by one. At each step check if the carousel works correctly.
    5) Do the same with the theme by enabling the theme you want to use.

Please note that all these actions will not be noticed by your site visitors, so there is nothing to worry about.

This way, we can see if there is a conflict between the theme or some plugins you are using.

If the issue persists in the troubleshooting mode (that is with only Jetpack and Jetpack Boost enabled and a default theme active) please reach out back to us.

In that case, please post your site URL here so that we can have a look. If the gallery is not on your home page, please share a link to the page where we can test it.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!
