Latest update not recognising custom pixel widths

    Hi, I just upgraded from version 2.0 to 2.1.1. I’ve used this plugin for a while but the latest update overwrites my specific pixel settings for column widths, e.g., 1/5 to 180px and 4/5 to 470px, but theses are now not being recognised by the latest update.

    I have currently reverted back to version 2.0.
