I checked the linked page and currently I can see the slider appearing fine. I can see that you are using Cloudflare so I could imagine that your site still server some old codes and clearing the cache of Cloudflare fixed the problem for you.

In your case I can see a JavaScript error currently, since your site still loads the old codes. I can see that you also use a caching plugin – LiteSpeed Cache. Could you clear its cache then hard refresh the browser ( Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac ). That will most likely solve the problem.
Edit: As I see you also have Cloudflare cache, so don’t forget to clear that, too!

@laszloszalvak Thanks for quick reply. Looks like it was caching issue only. Now everything is working fine. It would be great if you can speed up the sliders/code more. Please check current link pagespeed score. It is low due to sliders. Other things are perfect in plugin. 👍❤😊

I have the same problem.
After recent update the slides stop working.
I’m using LightSpeed Cache plugin + Cloudflare as CDN and following your recommendation I cleared the cache in both of them, but still no change. I also disabled Lazy image loading, but no help.

Currently what I see is that some old CSS codes are still loading inline, and that is why the slide background images don’t show up. The codes are in a style tag that has the following class: litespeed-optm-css-rules so it seems to be related to litespeed cache.
Try these troubleshooting steps:

to see if they make any difference.

Which option did you have to turn off to make it work?
If it was “Critical CSS” then I’m sorry but it’s not compatible with Smart Slider:

If it was something else, you could try excluding our files:
https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/#test-the-list
Depending on how this exclude works, either
wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3/
or smart-slider could work.
Hi @nextend_ramona I turned off all the CSS setting under Page Optimization. Now, I turn on back everything except for Generate Critical CSS In Background. It’s working fine.
