latest vbulletin thread on wordpress

im using this plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/vbulletin-latest-threads/ but after installed and setup it says:
Impossible to reach the file at the address http://www.mysite.com/forum/external.php

what does it mean?

It took right away for me. I wonder if it has a problem with your forum address ending with forum.php? He does say it has problems with VB4 also, so maybe that’s it. I have 3.

Aha. That´s why. I have VB4. That explained everything. But, there is no solution what so ever?
