Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/ I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook.
We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.
ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

I can not seem to contact pro support either, the bot / ai goes in circles. Elementor sent me a code and I cant use it to login, I go to the website and select support and it leads nowhere. This is absolutely abhorrent! How can I reach someone from support at all?

I emailed elementor in the only mailbox address I had and I got a response saying its a invalid mailbox. Seems that elementor has done its best to cut off customers and run off. There is absolutely NO way to contact them. This is absurd and needs to be taken with legal aid at this stage! There is no support!
