Latest version breaks jQuery

Hi All,

After the latest update, it breaks my site jQuery.

This is the error message:

Uncaught TypeError: a.cookie is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (cart-fragments.min.js:1)
    at i (jquery.js:1)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:1)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:1)
