I’d start by disabling CSS-optimization only, that way you at least still have JS- and HTML-optimization working?
Regarding the CSS; do you have a URL where I could have a look?

the logo is one of the things set in wp-content/themes/agency/custom.css, have you tried excluding it from autoptimization? if that doesn’t work, can you provide me with a screenshot of the broken state + the HTML source of that page and of the autoptimized CSS in there)?
