Hi, are you using the search widget add-on? If so, make sure to update this as well to the latest version ( 1.2.1 ) or disable the autocomplete function. If there’s a caching plugin make sure to flush the cache, and also try it in private mode.
If none of this fixes the issue, can you share the URL of the site here? If you’re not comfortable with that, then please open a ticket here and include the URL.
Hi, I am not using any add-on, only using your plugin. I flushed the cache and tried it in private mode and still same issue. The URL to my sites are http://www.rexoseal.com, http://www.rexoseal.ca and http://www.toitdevr.ca. Thanks
The HTML seem to he minified / compressed when I check it in my browser, can you disable the plugin that does this, or exclude the store locator page ( if possible ) somewhere on the settings page from the plugin that does this.
It was not an issue in previous versions of the plugin. I excluded the store locater page from HTML minification and still no change, same error.
The way you implement the Google Maps JS script has changed, it’s now a requirement to use a callback, and therefor the order in which the scripts is loaded is important. Before this wasn’t much of an issue.
On which domain did you change it? If you disable the minification plugin completely for a second, does this change anything?
Yes, when I disable it, the map works correctly. So I don’t know what option in that plugin is causing the issue. As I excluded the HTML minification and still had the same issue.
What’s the name of minification plugin that your using?
It’s my hosting company’s plugin I’m using from SiteGround, it’s called SG Optimizer.
Hello, I have the same issue. Unfortunately, deactivating the WP Optimize plugin did not restore the functionality of my store locator
Okay, just found another thread with the same issue. For me it also was the Complianz plugin that was mentioned causing the issue in the other thread
