This is a site issue – not a plugin one. Try increasing the memory available to PHP.
memory is at 512mb!!! The older version worked fine on same server
I’m sorry but it’s still a site issue – not a plugin bug. Have you tried deactivating some of your other plugins?
There’s only aksimet and contact form 7, i’ve got sites on the same server with many many more plugins. I’ve installed the older version of this plugin and it works fine
First plugin across all 50 of my sites that has had an issue.
webhosts also said it was the plugin not the site….just giving the information to the developer!
Have you tried switching temporarily to the default 2012 theme?
also installed on another server and got a server 500 error
Just for testing purposes that was done
Did you check the error logs for a more specific error message on the other server?
no, and haven’t got time…was just trying to be helpful to the plugin dev and report the error
Then you really need something more specific than error 500. It’s just a generic “something went wrong” error code.
deleted the plugin and its back online
@esmi, Thank you for the help.
@lauramma, Can you please send me an admin login to debug your site via http://aihr.us/contact-aihrus/?
For the other plugins, is it really just the two?
Do you have a place where I can review the Apache error log to determine the error 500 cause?
Did you guys give the Testimonials Widget 2.12.1 release a try yet?
That’s correctly the recent memory leak.
