Latest version conflicts with theme.
-
I have the plugin disabled for now, but I have a very odd bug to report. Using WPSSO at the same time the Customizr theme prevents the navigation dropdown menus (desktop view only) from dropping down. This only happens on the front page; on any other page the menu works as expected. Their menu looks to be based on bootstrap, but I’m otherwise clueless as to what event is being blocked here.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sounds like an issue with your theme, as you said. Have you tried the release-candidate ZIP from the SVN trunk (see https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpsso/advanced/)? Have you enabled WP_DEBUG or activated the Query Monitor plugin to check for errors (see https://wpsso.com/docs/plugins/wpsso/installation/debugging-and-problem-solving/)? You may want to contact your theme support to see if they are aware of the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply!
I have not tried the release candidate yet, but I will soon. I attempted to enable WP_DEBUG using the instructions provided, but no error log has been created. I’ve added the Query Monitor plugin, and it only reports that I have WP_DEBUG defined twice (which is incorrect). It references the lines in wp-config.php that I added. It also tells me that WP_DEBUG is still inactive.
I’m still trying to find a way to contact the people at Press Customizr. I’m not sure pathway to support for folks using the free theme exists.
Only other info I can get at the time is that when I open the chrome inspection tool, look at the console, and click on a menu header menu item, this message comes up:
“Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.”Correction: I do have the latest release version installed already. I am (and have been) running v3.46.4
Try downloading / installing the release candidate (version 3.47.0-rc.5) here:

I’ve done some fine-tuning to the content filter, which could fix your issue.
If not, let me know and I have another idea that might help. π

No luck: it’s still blocking the dropdown.
Did you update your theme or a caching / javascript / css optimizing plugin recently?
Did you report the issue to your theme developers?
Have you checked your HTML syntax using W3C? It looks like there’s an issue with your head section: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fneohioscca.com%2F
Have you tried different browsers? It appears to be working fine for me in Firefox.

There had been no recent changes along the lines you’re asking about. I have not contacted the theme developers, as they have no way of being contacted unless you pay for the premium version, or at least none that I can find. Their support page is kinda blunt about it, too; https://presscustomizr.com/support/.
I’ll look into the header errors W3 found.
It looked like it was working fine in another browser for you because because I’ve had WPSSO deactivated since my last post. I only activate it now to test possible fixes.
