Latest Version Failure

    Hi since updating to the latest version, I receive the following error;

    Warning filemtime(): stat failed for F:\xampp\htdocs\chris\wp-content\plugins\image-hover-effects-block/assets/css/style.css in F:\xampp\htdocs\chris\wp-content\plugins\image-hover-effects-block\image-hover-effects-block.php on line 31

    can you please help.

    On checking further the conflicting plugin seems to be Image Hover Effects Block by Blocksera
