    Mateusz thanks for your answer…ok, but up to the penultimate version I always used the Imagick conversion method, has anything changed?

    @onwebplus Take a look at the screenshot sent with the Imagick configuration. There are no formats in the “ImageMagick number of supported formats” field.

    In the plugin FAQ, in the technical requirements question you have attached a screenshot of the correct configuration. Compare that to yours.

    Hi Mateusz, sorry for the late reply, thank you very much for your support … yes yes, I saw that the problem is caused by this, I contacted my hosting provider.
