The correct URL is not added in that menu link. You have to add #mailmunch-pop-XXXX as explained in https://mailmunch.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560472

I added the link to the top menu (the blue one) under the caption “S’abonner à la newsletter”
(to creat the link, I use the Menu Editor of WP)

I tried on Chrome and Firefox…
When I click on it, nothing happens, it just changes the URL to http://www.byothe.fr/#mailmunch-pop-220863 but it does nothing else…
Let me check your account. Meanwhile, can you open your site in Chrome Incognito mode and then try?

You have a display rule set which says “dont show on WordPress home page” so it won’t work on homepage until you remove that rule.
